Potty for Peyton

So... since I feel like I change diapers all day, and we know Peyton is a very smart boy, and it is so weird to change a diaper on such a big boy, we have decided to really attempt potty training. It is going well so far, Peyton wanted to buy the "special soap" (the foaming kandoo soap) and I told him he could only use it when he goes potty. He has done well so far, he even used the bathroom at Target today!! I was so happy! He has yet to do a poop on the potty but I am hoping this will happen later today. Also he hasn't told me he has to go yet, each time he goes it is because I take him so I am hoping he catches on. Any ideas in this area? Any help from you more experienced moms would be great!!
