I just wanted to say congratulations to my sister Kim and her husband Nate.
Baby Matthew Nathan Young was born on Tuesday January 6th around 7pm via c-section. He weighed 5lbs 9oz and measured 17 1/2 inches long. Matthew was born a little over 4 weeks early, because Kim's blood pressure was extremely high (no preeclampsia, just high blood pressure)! He is doing great and has been in the NICU for observation. He hasn't needed the aide of oxygen but is unable to maintain his body temperature so he is in a incubator, they are planning to move him to an open warmer in the nursery tomorrow! Matthew is Kim and Nate's 3rd child and their first boy! Welcome to the world baby Matthew!

Congrats to their cute family. Sounds like baby is ok even being born over 4 weeks early. How come? Were there complications??
