Bailey is FINALLY on the mend. After we took her to the Dr. the first time, she was taking the antibiotic they prescribed and she just wasn't getting better. Her ear was still draining quite a bit and she was pretty much up all night every night. So, last Wednesday I decided I should probably take her to the Dr. again because I didn't think the antibiotic was working. Well, it wasn't! Her other membrane had ruptured! No wonder she was so miserable still! So now we've got her on a different antibiotic plus some antibiotic ear drops they seem to be working. We are going to see her ENT this coming Tuesday so if there is still a lot of goop in her ears they can suck it all out and her ears will heal quicker. We will probably also discuss the possibility of doing tubes again. We'll have to see what happens. I'll keep you all posted, as I'm sure you are all so interested in our ear drama~!

Good luck with ALL of it!! It's so hard to have sick kids.. especially when there is little you can do for them.
Poor Bailey. Good luck on everything, we will hope she can get better soon. Nothing is worse than your baby being sick.
Poor baby!! And poor Mom and Dad too. Ear aches are so painful. I hope she gets over this and starts feeling better soon.
I'm glad she is doing better. I can't wait to hear what the ENT says.
We had to go through that with Isaac. He's on his 4th set of tubes, but hasn't had any problems. 4th time's a charm! :)
